How to Purchase
You can purchase these books by the following means
(sorry, no international orders!):

In-person:
Visit us during opening hours and avoid the postage and packing fees.

By phone:
Call us at 020 7404 6994 during our opening hours and order books over the phone with a credit or debit card.

By fax:
Fax our Order Form to us anytime at 020 7404 6874 to order books with a credit or debit card.

By post:
Print off the Order Form and return the Form to us via fax or post.

Payment Options at FTC London
Payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card.
• Cheque, credit and debit card orders can be sent through the post. Cheques should be made payable to The ftc London Commission. The FTC London cannot accept cheques for less than £3.
• Credit/debit card orders can be made over the phone on 020 7404 6994 during our opening hours , by fax on 020 7404 6874, or through the post.
• Do NOT send credit/debit card orders by email.
Orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday will be sent out that day! We include in the price First Class, recorded post to help ensure the safe and fast delivery of your order. A signature is required upon delivery. We will charge a £3 fee plus additional postage for books or software that are returned to us by Royal Mail.

Refunds & Exchanges for Goods Purchased at FTC London
All sales are final! Exchanges may be made on defective material up to 7 days after purchase when accompanied by a receipt.

Software
The software on sale is for US admissions tests therefore the tech support facilities are in the US. The ftc London Commission regrets that it cannot provide tech support for any software products.
